The traditional and formal education system is not fulfilling the demand of present situation of the nation to compete with unemployment and technology parameters. The whole system needs hands on practical and skilled work to implement and develop ideas of technology into real life and provide more job opportunities t the youth.
So I recommend the industrial training courses as the practical training traits for the young generation who want to fulfill their dreams and make it reality. They should not be depend on their parents and must be independent by fair earnings and explore themselves.
